1) DEFENSIVE MINDSET

2) USAV AND HIGH SCHOOL RULE DIFFERENCES

**************************************************

1) DEFENSIVE MINDSET

Often the one thing that keeps a player from being a great player is the lack of the ability to anticipate the opponent.

A volleyball defensive player that has poor anticipation will often be forced to make a successful dig by having to make a good decision in a split second. Being able to anticipate your opponents play and get in position ahead of time can make a big difference in playing great defense.
