Shoulder Warm up Exercises A good shoulder workout should emphasize training shoulder mobility and stability. Here are some exercises to warm up the shoulders before a volleyball practice.
Overhead Broomstick Dislocations 12 reps Scap Push Ups 12 reps External Rotation 20 reps Standing Y 12 reps Standing T 12 reps Standing W 12 reps
